paypal spinoff

애플의 등장으로 가속되기 시작한 결제 시장의 변화가 결국 ebay의 paypal 분리를 피할 수 없게 만든 것으로 보인다.
본격적인 결제 시장의 대회전이 시작될 모양이다.

70조 정도의 시총이 paypal 의 가치만 반영하고 있다고 봤다.
10% 정도의 상승이라면 ebay가 6-7조에 불과한 평가를 받는 것이다.
ebay에는 관심이 없지만, 여전히 저평가된 것으로 보인다.

    페이팔은 회계구조를 어떻게 할지 궁금하네요. 어짜피 Global, A tax-free spin 라면 아예 철판을 깔 수도.

      철판을 깐다는 것이 무슨 말씀인지 잘 이해를 못 하겠네요.
      인적분할의 형태니 주주가 새 주식을 받아도 세금을 내지 않는다고 이해했는데 다른 뜻인가요?

      아, 그렇군요. 제가 잘못 이해를 했습니다.
      저는 새 회사 페이팔의 글로벌 세금 면제 방식의 회계 구조를 염두해 두었거든요. 구글의 아일랜드 같은.
