구글의 주식 분할이 발생한 후 의결권이 없는 주식(goog)의 할인율이 점점 커지고 있다.
당연한 일이다.
구글은 향후 인수합병, 스톡옵션 등의 필요가 발생하면 goog을 추가로 발행할 것이고, 당장 행사하건 하지 않건 googl의 상대적인 가치는 점점 커질 것이다.
이 차이가 향후 얼마나 벌어질지, 16일 실적이 발표되면 어떤 반응을 보일지 일단은 관찰해 보자.
만약 구글을 매수하려고 한다면 특별한 이유가 없는한 goog을 매수하면 안 된다.
