살아남으려면 구조조정, 자산매각으로 부채를 줄여서 재무적 안정성을 확보할 필요가 있다.
아직 출시되는 상품에 대한 시장의 반응이 최악은 아닌 듯하다. 스마트폰시장에서 아직 3위권업체들과의 차이가 크게 벌어진 것은 아니고, 게임기도 반응이 없지 않다. 소비자 가전 기업의 위치를 유지하려고 하면 선택과 집중을 할 필요가 있을 것이다.
